Job Description:
TallOrder Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Integration and Quality Assurance Intern to join our team. This position focuses on testing the edge cases of our TallOrder POS integration with accounting partners such as Xero and Sage. The intern will ensure the accurate syncing of invoices, payments, and purchase orders, as well as assist with reconciliations when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough testing of TallOrder POS integration with Xero and Sage, focusing on edge cases.
– Manage the resyncing of invoices, payments, and purchase orders that did not initially reach the accounting software.
– Assist with reconciliation tasks as needed.
– Identify and report any issues or bugs related to integration.
– Collaborate with the Product Manager and QA team to improve integration processes.
– Document testing procedures and results.
– Participate in regular office work at our Paarl offices as requested, ensuring alignment with team and project goals.
– Assist with some data reconciliation tasks when required.

Requirements:
– BComm degree or similar qualification.
– Strong affinity for software and online accounting solutions.
– Familiarity with Xero and Sage accounting software is advantageous.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Willingness to work from the Paarl office at least once a week when requested, and more frequently if required.
