1. REFERRAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The referral partner may, from time to time, and in its sole and absolute discretion, refer to TallOrder certain Customers.
Subject to partner’s compliance with the remaining provisions of these terms in each case, and subject to TallOrder’s acceptance of such referred customers, TallOrder agrees to compensate the referral partner.

2. REFERRAL FEE
The referral partner understands that TallOrder customers pay TallOrder in accordance with contracts entered into and prescribed by the TallOrder terms and conditions. As consideration for a referred customer, the referral partner shall be entitled to earn:

• R1000 or 80USD for each Starter edition referred customer referred to TallOrder by the partner.
• R600 or 48USD for each Single license edition referred customer referred to TallOrder by the partner.
• R500 for each ToGo licence
• R400 for each SlipApp licence

PageMan
• R200 or 15USD for each Standard Edition Package customer referred to TallOrder by the partner.
• R300 or 25USD for each Professional Edition Package customer referred to TallOrder by the partner.
Furthermore, payment will only be made on fully concluded subscription agreements.

3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Referred customers shall not be considered accepted by TallOrder, and TallOrder shall have no payment obligation hereunder, unless and until a contract is signed by TallOrder and the referred customer and payment for the first month’s subscription fees have been received. The partner will invoice TallOrder monthly in arears for their entitled earnings as per Section 2 above, paid by customers referred and payment will be made to the partner once off for each referred customer within 7 days of receipt of such invoice. A full list of referred customers will be supplied via email communication to the partner per month, by the TallOrder accounts department. Should a referred customer cancel its subscription for any reason within the first three months of their agreement with TallOrder, half of the referral fees will be recouped from the referral partner.

REFER A FRIEND COMPETITION
1. The Refer a Friend Competition period is 12 months from the start date, 01 July 2023, during which referrals will be counted for the Grand Prize Competition.
The competition will end 30 June 2024.
2. To be eligible for the Grand Prize Competition, participants must refer a minimum of 10 friends who subscribe to TallOrder POS within the 12-month campaign period.
3. The winner of the grand prize will be determined based on the highest number of successful referrals made within the campaign period.
4. The grand prize is a 12-month TallOrder subscription worth R9 950!
5. TallOrder POS reserves the right to verify referrals and disqualify any fraudulent or ineligible entries.
6. The rewards and grand prize are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
7. TallOrder POS reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral campaign or change the terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to participants.
